Certification Documents
What international certifications do your products hold?
All BuyChemic products carry a comprehensive set of internationally recognized certifications to support your compliance requirements across global markets:
Specific certifications vary by product line. Please contact our team for the exact certification list applicable to your target product.
Can you provide a full certification package before we place an order?
Yes -- absolutely. We provide a full certification package upfront, before any purchase commitment is required. Upon your inquiry, we will send you:
- Certificate of Analysis (COA) with batch-specific data
- Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS / SDS)
- Relevant third-party certification copies (FDA, EU, Kosher, Halal, etc.)
- Product specification sheet and origin documentation
Are your certifications recognized in the EU and North American markets?
Yes. Our certifications are issued by accredited bodies and are fully recognized in EU member states, the United States, Canada, and most other major import markets. Our FDA registration and EU food-grade compliance documentation have been successfully used by clients to clear customs and pass regulatory audits across these regions.
If you have specific regulatory requirements for a particular country or market, please let us know -- our compliance team will advise on the exact documentation needed.
How often are your certifications renewed or updated?
All certifications are actively maintained and renewed according to each certifying body's schedule -- typically annually or every two to three years. We proactively track renewal dates and update our documentation before expiry. Clients who place repeat orders will always receive the most current, valid certification set.
Test Reports
What testing is performed on each product batch?
Every production batch undergoes a rigorous multi-stage quality testing protocol before shipment. Standard tests include:
Are your test reports issued by third-party laboratories?
Yes. In addition to our in-house QC testing, all products are verified by independent, accredited third-party laboratories. We work with ISO/IEC 17025-accredited testing institutions to ensure objectivity and credibility of results. Third-party test reports are available upon request and will be included in the documentation package sent with your sample.
All third-party reports are batch-specific -- each report is tied to the exact lot number shipped to you.
Can I request additional or customized testing for specific regulatory requirements?
Yes, we support customized testing arrangements. If your target market or internal QA protocol requires tests beyond our standard panel -- such as pesticide residue screening, allergen testing, GMO status verification, or specific contaminant limits -- we can coordinate with our laboratory partners to fulfil those requirements. Additional testing fees may apply depending on the scope. Please discuss your needs with our team during the consultation stage.
What happens if a batch fails quality testing?
Any batch that does not meet our quality specifications is immediately quarantined and rejected -- it will never be shipped. We follow a strict non-conformance management process: the batch is investigated for root cause, remediated or disposed of, and a replacement batch is produced. We do not cut corners on quality to meet delivery timelines. Your safety and compliance come first.
Sample Requests
Are product samples free of charge?
Yes -- product samples are provided free of charge. We cover the cost of the sample itself (typically 50g-200g depending on the product). International courier shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the recipient; however, for qualified bulk buyers or in cases where freight costs are minimal, we may cover shipping as well. Please contact us to confirm the arrangement for your specific request.
How long does it take to receive a sample?
Samples are dispatched within 48 hours of confirming your shipping details. International delivery times vary by destination:
A tracking number will be shared with you immediately after dispatch.
What documentation is included with the sample shipment?
Every sample shipment is accompanied by a complete documentation set sent digitally to your email within the same 48-hour window:
- Certificate of Analysis (COA) -- batch-specific
- Safety Data Sheet (SDS / MSDS)
- Product specification and technical data sheet
- Applicable certification copies (FDA, EU, Kosher, Halal, etc.)
- Courier tracking number and estimated delivery date
Can I request samples of multiple products at once?
Yes. You can request samples of multiple products in a single shipment. Simply list the products and quantities you need when you contact us, and we will consolidate everything into one package. This is especially useful for buyers evaluating multiple product lines -- such as a combination of preservatives, sweeteners, and plant extracts -- before making a sourcing decision.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) after evaluating a sample?
MOQ varies by product category. General guidelines are as follows:
| Product Category | MOQ |
|---|---|
| Natural Plant Extracts | 1 kg |
| Food Preservatives | 5 kg |
| Sweeteners | 1 kg |
| Nutritional Fortifiers | Custom Batch |
For custom formulations or special specifications, MOQ is negotiable. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
